Growing up in France, I had a dream of opening a business in the United States. I wanted to share my love of French cooking, and especially the delicious Crêpes I grow up eating. I use my Granparents' recipe from Brittany! Only the best!
Crêpes can be dated back to the 13th Century in the beautiful Northwest Region of Brittany. The story says a housewife accidentally dribbled some thin porridge into a hot, flat cook top. The rest is history! If you ever travel through France, you will see many "Crêperies" which are the specialty restaurants serving Crêpes. You will find many ways to eat them, filled with sugar, jams, Nutella, fruits etc.
